Th 06/20 inactive Fr 06/21 inactive Sa 06/22 inactive Su 06/23 inactive This is the first time in years that the yard-trucks have been inactive for three days, let alone four days. ---- (One exception: On April 15, 2023, two days after I gave Fridley City Hall information about Target's yard-trucks beepers, the yard-truck activity completely stopped and remained stopped for five days. Then, over the following two weeks, the yard-trucks were continuously active, and at a very high rate never before or since witnessed. Clearly, Target management panicked and shut the activity down for five days, then spent the ensuing two weeks making up for lost time. There was clearly some combination of panic, uncertainty and game-playing with City Hall transpiring.) ---- log, continued: Mo 06/24 light activity, midday Tu 06/25 inactive We 06/26 very light activity A.M. The past seven days (above), which followed the reception of the petition by residents, have seen less than five percent of normal seven-day-period activity. It's abundantly clear, based on the above, that Target management intentionally undermined the petition effort -- preparing for a week of virtually no activity by getting ahead of the game. The activity log to this point is more than ample for giving you the gist of it. |
